«Хорошее выступление, Хабиб. Еще раз выскажу уважение и выражаю соболезнования по поводу потери отца. Тебе и твоей семье», — написал Макгрегор.
Нурмагомедов защитил чемпионский пояс в бою с Джастином Гэтжи на турнире UFC-254 в Абу-Даби. Американец сдался после удушающего приема Нурмагомедова в начале второго раунда. Спортсмен заявил, что это был его последний бой. На счету Нурмагомедова 29 побед в 29 поединках в ММА.
