Самоходные артиллерийские установки CAESAR не подходят для спецоперации на Украине, поскольку быстро ломаются и не подлежат ремонту. Об этом заявил французский активист Ксавье Моро.
«CAESAR — хорошее оружие, но оно не должно использоваться в таких условиях, как в Донбассе, иначе быстро выйдет из строя и его придется ремонтировать», — сказал Моро, передает РИА Новости. Однако, по его словам, эти САУ невозможно ремонтировать, так как их проблема в том, что их нужно пересобирать.
Ксавье отметил, что CAESAR может стрелять на расстоянии до 40 километров, если имеются нормальные боеприпасы. При этом он отметил, что Киеву не поставляли нормальные боеприпасы, так как это очень дорого.
Ранее в Дании пожалели, что отправили CAESAR на Украину. Аналитик Копенгагенского университета Кристиан Кристенсен заявил, что гаубицы составляли важное ядро в обороне страны. Он подчеркнул, что САУ были их основными боевыми возможностями, сообщает телеканал 360.
