Вооруженные силы Украины (ВСУ) планируют захватить Крым. При этом для достижения цели бойцы готовы пленять или убивать россиян. Такое мнение в четверг, 8 июня, в авторской колонке выразил бывший главнокомандующий армии Соединенных Штатов Америки в Европе генерал в отставке Бен Ходжес.
По его словам, возвращение Крыма под контроль является стратегической целью Украины. Он несет большое значение для Киева. Захват Крыма позволит вытеснить российский флот из центральной и западной частей Черного моря. В свою очередь это позволит открыть доступ к мировым торговым путям по океанам из Одессы. Ходжес считает, что действия Киева по захвату Крыма могли бы вынудить переместить российский флот из Севастополя в Новороссийск.
